Sport is part of our world at hu. When youâre pedalling an e-bike along the tracks through the woods or to get to the beach through the pine groves. In the water park, with guided aqua bike classes, or swims in the Olympic-sized pool in the fresh air of the morning. Not forgetting five-a-side football tournaments with friends, the adventure park suspended amongst the trees and the dedicated sports areas in the village. Are hu ready?

Testing your balance on the slacklines suspended between the trees or on the Jungle-up climbing gym. But also through technology, with the smart platform and the Reax lights that measure and stimulate your reaction times.
Each activity is monitored thanks to the guidance of expert trainers and tailor-made circuits to hone your reactions with beach volleyball, and your balance with functional training or on floating platforms in the pool.
All the activities take place surrounded by nature, with clean, fresh air and green spaces, because a return to contact with the environment is fundamental.
