  • a deposit of 30% of the total amount will be requested at the time of booking; the booking must be paid within 30 days from the date of check-in;
  • any changes or cancellations must be communicated to the establishment email address;
  • rates are discounted up to a maximum of 40%, the discount varies depending on the booking period and the type of accommodation chosen.
